Lunch & Learn: Stress in the Workplace with OSF HealthCare

According to The American Institute of Stress, 83% of US workers experience work-related stress and 25% say their job is the number one stressor in their lives. Join us in the second floor conference room of the First Federal Savings Bank building at 633 LaSalle Street in Ottawa for lunch catered from The Cheese Shoppe and a presentation on mental health in the workplace from Dominique Dietz, Director of Behavior Health at OSF HealthCare, and Jenny Boyd, Behavioral Health Navigator of OSF Health Care.

The presentation, “Stress in the Workplace”, will review the difference between stress & burnout, how employers can identify stress in the workplace, how employers can support their employees, available resources and more.
