Ottawa's Scarecrow Festival

Join us September 24th for a fun-filled day of family-friendly activities at this fall festival celebrating the Ottawa community! Come see the scarecrows on display, shop our local vendors and businesses, and see all the excitement Ottawa has to offer!
This event will go from 10am to 4pm and encompass Washington Square Park, Jackson Street & the Jordan Block. For the Scarecrow Festival, Downtown Ottawa's sidewalks will be decorated with creative scarecrows made in the image of this year's theme, "Children's Media." To create a scarecrow for Scarecrow Fest is FREE and is open to businesses, organizations, classes, teams, families, and individuals.
The Ottawa Scarecrow Festival is organized by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, Dylan Conmy of Prairie Fox Books, and Heather Pursley of Post and Prairie Design Studio.
