As women, we give so much of ourselves to others...to our jobs, our families, our communities. You name it. In 2017, WOW (Working Ottawa Women) encourages you to set aside time for yourself, guilt free.
We've lined up a variety of personal and professional events for the year, with a goal of building a stronger, more phenomenal version of yourself. To help kick off the "Year of YOU", we've prepared a women's wellness seminar with tips on nutrition, counting calories, and more!
